Walnut oil is extracted by pressing nuts, is not an easy to find, because by its chemical composition, it conferred the medicinal properties of nut oil, making it a delicate oil that is rancid ease.
The benefits of nut oil as anti-aging skin is mostly due to its high content of vitamin E or tocopherol. Vitamin E has nutritional, antioxidants and anti-aging properties.
Applied externally, walnut oil becomes more elastic skin, helps correct wrinkles and, importantly, provides some protection against ultraviolet rays beyond the associated antioxidant effect.
It also serves walnut oil to protect nails and hair, especially dry hair or punished, with only one weekly application (in the case of hair should be allowed to act for 30 minutes before proceeding to wash).
Other uses and properties:
- Skin is emollient, moisturizing and softening.
- It helps treat eczema both topically and in cosmetics and soaps.
- Ingesting it in adequate doses helps eliminate intestinal parasites and regulate the intestine.
- It also has antioxidant action.
