Properties and use:
The Base N-shampoo is a base for the preparation of shampoos of all kinds (frequency, delicate hair, babies, or coadjuvants in dermatological treatments), as well as liquid soaps and other preparations for capillary and body hygiene. The N-Shampoo Base is composed of an anionic mixed amphoteric micellar compound that gives it excellent foaming and cleansing properties, being innocuous against the ocular mucous membranes and the skin, respecting the integrity of the hair, allowing its frequent use, providing softness and luminosity to the most delicate hair. Its cleaning power is indicated to act in a short time and the rinsing is carried out easily. It is not aggressive for the epidermis or for the hair so it does not produce excessive degreasing of the scalp. It also contains non-ionic components with emulsifying properties of fat, solubilizers and softeners that prevent the rebound effect of fat, leaving the hair soft, silky and de-electrified, facilitating combing, both dry and wet. The N-Shampoo Base is an alternative to sulfonated anionic detergent, which frequently causes seborrhea. The Base N-shampoo incorporates a preservative (Dowicil-200) of broad spectrum microbicide, so no need to incorporate preservatives.
Dosage:
It is the main and majority component of the formulas, to which the active or cosmetic ingredients are added, normally from 90 to 100% of the formula. If it is desired to increase the viscosity of the formulations, Viscositt-15, Coconut fatty acid diethanolamide, or a 10% solution of sodium chloride can be added.
Incompatibilities:
Zinc pyrithione should not be used with this N-Shampoo Base.
Conservation:
In tightly closed containers. PROTECT FROM THE LIGHT.
