The Jujube or "Chinese date" is a native species of China that also grows in the countries of the Middle East and South of Europe. The fruits are rich in mono- and polysaccharides, malic and citric acids, triterpenes (ursolic acid, oleanolic acid), triterpene glycosides, flavonoids, tannins and cAMP. Thanks to this composition, the extract obtained has moisturizing, astringent, anti-inflammatory and cellular metabolism (anti-aging) stimulants.
