Vitamin A - Water-soluble - Retinol

INCI: PEG-35 Castor Oil (> 50%), Retinyl Palmitate (20-50%), BHA (<1%), BHT (<1%)

Synonyms: Retinol Palmitate, Palmitate, Vitamin A, Axeroftol Palmitate, Trans retinol ester and palmitic acid.

Application: Pharmaceutical industry.

Appearance: Viscous liquid, transparent, yellow.

Solubility: soluble in water

Precautions for Use: Oxidized, photosensitive and thermolabile in the presence of oxidants.

Properties:
· Topically increases the oxidative-reductive processes at the epidermal level with eutrophic, regenerating and protective action of the skin, it also avoids hyperkeratotic states and regulates sebaceous production at normal levels.
· In keratinization disorders such as ichthyosis, xerosis and eczema.

Dosage: between 0.1 and 1.0%
