Beta-carotene is a color pigment that belongs to a group of plant substances called carotenoids. It offers a wide range of yellow and orange tones, found in many fruits and vegetables, ie carrots, melon and mango.
Beta-carotene is a safe source of vitamin A, as the body converts beta-carotene into vitamin A when vitamin A levels are low. As a beta-carotene physiological antioxidant can also prevent damage caused by free radicals.
Composition: The product consists of a granulate containing beta carotene finely dispersed in maize starch coated with fish gelatin, sucrose and corn oil. It has added tocopherol and ascorbyl palmitate as antioxidants.
Contains DL-alpha-Tocopherol as an antioxidant.
