TELEPHONE ATTENTION SCHEDULE
The telephone customer service of the La Despensa del Jabón store is open from 10 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday by calling 944 65 78 41. We do not take telephone calls on public holidays.
At any other time you can use the contact form in the "CONTACT" section of our website to ask questions about our products, details of the shipments, or any other type of consultation.

You have several ways to place your order. You do not need to register as a customer.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
You can choose how you prefer to pay your order:
- Bank transfer: It is another form of payment that we accept. Once the order is placed, you will be assigned an order number that you have to use as a reference when making the transfer. As soon as we receive the transfer, we will continue with the management of your order. Your order is valid for 5 days. After this period, if you have not made the transfer, the order will be automatically canceled.
- Payment by card: If you choose this form of payment, once the purchase has been completed and the payment has been made correctly, your order will be finalized and an email with the summary of your purchase will be sent. You can pay with any national credit or debit card.
- Bizum: We will send you an SMS with a link to the informed mobile as soon as possible so that you can make the payment safely. As soon as we receive the amount of the order, we will continue with the management of your order. The link expires 24 hours from the date of sending. After this period, if you have not made the payment, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- Telephone payment by debit / credit card: You have placed your order and you have to call tel .: 944 657 841 to make the payment. You have to inform the order number, have the card in hand and provide us with the information. For your safety the call will be recorded. The order will be prepared only when payment is made. Orders that are not paid up to 5 (five) days after the defendants without the payment being made, will be rejected.
Regardless of the payment method chosen, if any of the items in the order were defective, out of stock or had any impact at the time of shipment, we will refund the corresponding amount on your credit card or by bank transfer in A period not exceeding 7 days from the date of payment. We will alert you to the email you provide if there is any problem or incident.
