REFUND, CANCELLATION AND CHANGE
If your order has reached your defective home in poor condition or is not consistent with what you've ordered, please contact us and we will send someone to pick it up. Just return it in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt of the package. We commit ourselves to change it for you or return the value of the products.

- If any of the products shipped in the package is defective, unsafe, or expired, we can change it for you at no extra cost in the delivery or return the amount of the product.
- If the packet arrived to your home in poor condition (open, beaten, wet, etc for transport problems) do not accept it and return it at the time the courier. We will refund the entire amount of your purchase and postage if you want, or you reemviaremos new products.
Just contact us so that we manage your mail.
- If the return is due to withdrawal or cancellation of the order, we will refund the amount of the product and shipping. But be on your own expenses and additional costs of the return. Remember that you have within 14 days.
